Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and payments made for Takeoff Suite services. It explains when a refund may be issued and when charges are treated as final.
2. Initial purchase refund window
If this is your first paid subscription purchase for Takeoff Suite, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial successful payment.
Refund requests submitted after this window are not eligible under this policy, except where required by applicable law.
3. Renewals and recurring charges
Subscription renewals and recurring billing charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid future renewal charges, cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing period.
4. Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed, unless the charge is eligible under Section 2 or required by law.
5. How to request a refund
You can cancel your subscription directly from the Settings page in your Takeoff Suite account. Cancellation stops future billing. If your initial payment is within the seven (7) day refund window in Section 2 and you need a refund, contact support@takeoffsuite.com with your account email and transaction details.
6. Payment processor handling
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines can vary by payment method and financial institution.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
