takeoff suite

How Takeoff Suite works.

Follow the standard workflow from plan upload to a bill of quantities ready for pricing.

01

Open your workspace

Create an account or sign in, then move straight into the workspace where the job list and drawings live.

Takeoff Suite sign-in page
Account setup is the entry point. The takeoff workflow begins once the job is inside the workspace.
02

Create the job from the dashboard

Add projects and keep active quoting work organized in one place.

Takeoff Suite dashboard with demo projects
Create projects first, then open the one you want to work on.
03

Upload the drawing set

Open a project, upload one or more plans, and keep the active drawing set together.

Project detail page with upload plans form and plans list
The project view keeps plan uploads, plan lists, and the roll-up summary together.
04

Set the calibration

Open a plan, choose two known points, and apply the scale before measuring.

Plan workspace with calibration panel open
Calibration locks the working scale for the plan page.
05

Organize the work with layers

Create layers so trades, areas, circuits, or scope packages stay grouped cleanly.

Plan workspace with layers panel open
Layers control how measurements are grouped and reported later.
06

Count and measure

Use line, area, count, and auto count tools to capture the quantities you need directly on the plan.

Plan workspace with measurement tools visible
The plan toolbar keeps measuring, markup, save, print, and layer actions in one workspace.
07

Review the roll-up and export

Review saved measurements across the job, then export the roll-up as a bill of quantities for pricing.

Project measurement rollup table with export action
Use the export action to move the final roll-up into downstream pricing work.
